When the molten metal is poured into the mold, the surface of the foamed plastic is vaporized under the action of the low-temperature molten metal, extinguished and disappears.

3. In comparison, vanishing mold casting has great advantages over traditional sand molds for the production of single or small batches of automotive cover parts, machine tool base castings and other large molds.
